Altra Industrial Motion Exhibits at Pack Expo 2011

In September Altra Industrial Motion attended the Pack Expo in Las Vegas, where attendance hit an all-time high. A total of 39,240 visitors attended the show over three days– a 15.5 percent increase from the previous year.

Many different Altra brands were on display in the 15’x15’ booth, including a Bevel Gear Drive, TENV SS Motor, stainless, plastic, fiber and brass gears, black oxide coating and capping samples.

Altra highlighted the new Stainless Steel Speed Reducers and Magnetic Capping Headsets specifically to more than 40 vertical markets, including food, beverage, confectionery, pharmaceutical and bakery and snack.

About 1,600 exhibitors occupied more than 600,000 square feet of exhibit space, which featured special pavilions geared to processing, branding, reusable packaging and other segments.

Pack Expo 2012 is scheduled to be held October 28-31 at the McCormick Place in Chicago.
