Altra Acquires Lamiflex Couplings
Altra Holdings Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Altra Industrial Motion Netherlands BV, has acquired privately held Lamiflex do Brasil Equipamentos Industriais Ltda. (“Lamiflex”).
